Laura balances those requests with the expert advice she offers — earned from over eleven years in business and from her formal education at the renowned Graphic Design program at Oakville's Sheridan College.

When working with clients who are getting married, Laura enjoys putting them at ease by reminding them that planning their wedding should be fun, not stressful. Clients also appreciate the personal touches Laura adds to their big day. Many come back for birth announcements when they have a baby, and are happy to recommend Laura to friends and family, making referrals a key source of new business. Laura has actually maintained lasting friendships with a number of past and current clients.

Long-term relationships also characterize the corporate side of Laura's work. A case in point is the unique LPK's Culinary Groove, for whom Laura has designed every piece of marketing collateral for the past 2 years — from the logo, to their in-store signage, packaging and advertising of their high-end products. An extended engagement such as this allows Laura to work ever more efficiently with the client, as well as intuitively know what they want (sometimes, even if they aren't entirely sure themselves!).
